公司计划总投资近14亿元，分两期在新乡市凤泉产业集聚区(新乡动力电池专业园区)建设年产3.6亿支锂电池项目，首期项目具备年产1.3亿支18650、21700锂电池的能力。引进高精度国外先进装配线，优选国内先进的生产专用设备和检测仪器等环保节能型设备，打造了多条从上料、卷绕、装配到化成、分容等各个环节全自动化生产流水线，建成了业内领先的全智能生产车间，最大限度保证了电池产品的一致性和过程流程的稳定性。

Henan Yicheng Yangguang New Energy Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R & D, manufacturing and sales of lithium batteries jointly invested and founded by Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of China Pingmei Shenma Group, Xinxiang Sunshine Power Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Xinxiang Fengquan District Government and ACE Group.
The company plans to invest a total of nearly 1.4billion RMB to build a lithium battery project with an annual output of 360 million in Fengquan Industrial Cluster (Xinxiang Power Battery Professional Park) in Xinxiang City in two phases. The first phase of the project has an annual output of 130 million 18650 and 21700 lithium batteries.The company has introduced high-precision foreign advanced assembly lines, selected domestic advanced production-specific equipment , testing instruments and other environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment, created a number of fully automated production lines from feeding, winding, assembly to formationand volume distribution. The industry-leading fully intelligent production workshop ensures the consistency of battery products and the stability of process flow to the greatest extent.
